In the first two weeks of April, 2014, I stayed at the Artist House at St. Mary's College in Southern Maryland. During my residency, I spoke about my work and led a stop-motion animation workshop. I also worked intensively on an animated short, using painterly clay-on-glass animation. The film will be the story of the last house on Holland Island, an island in the Chesapeake Bay that is sinking.
